It was a Divine and Devilish experience :) I know, this statement seems to be a kind of saying "Khatta bhi Meetha bhi". Even I was in the same mood for quite a while until my senses started saying "BRO ITS TIME TO LEAVE"... Reaching the falls at around 7 and finding hand full of people gave me a taste... More

A little out of the route but a great experience at this solitary waterfall. Travellers can take a dip in the water and get up close unlike Abbey falls near Madikeri.

This place is OK to visit along with other trip of yours... Monsoon is the best time... Do not expect much from place but good to combine if you are travelling towards Kabini... Certainly picturesque and you can get some good photos..

Road to approach : I have visited this place plenty of times but this time I drove myself for first time and road conditions are pretty good no problem at all (probably not much signboards but google offline map will guide/ even local people will guide) Remember there is no internet coverage so be prepared for that. Falls: Water level... More

I visited Irpu Falls twice. A walk through thickets and a few fight of steps to climb and you get a view of the falls. It seems to be a popular waterfall hence there is crowd most of the time. A little more care could be taken towards its maintenance as we could see plastics lying around. The huge butterflies... More

Irpu falls is about a three hour drive from Madikeri. It is a blissful place for nature lovers. If you are planning a trip to Coorg, this place is not something you would want to miss. I would rate it far better than Abbey falls, the main reason being that in Abbey falls the tourists are not allowed to get... More
