This lovely walled town has a centuries-old cathedral that is still in use and serves as a nice example of a medieval, walled city. On a summer afternoon, we were very comfortable and spent an enjoyable afternoon wandering up and down the narrow streets. We...More

Visited the centre after travelling from Barcelona; there was one person serving customers who spoke no English. Trying to find information on restaurants and wineries in the region was fruitless. There were no brochures on each. The good thing is the centre had public toilets.

Visited as an optional extra on our tour of Catalonia. This is a lovely old town . We just wandered around looking at the buildings. We finished in the main square having a beer. All the locals were smiling and saying Hello......we felt really welcome.

Visited Montblanc in April, not a very big city, the medieval wall and towers are well conserved. The town is very touristic but it has maintained its character. There are not too many shops selling souvenirs, therefore it has managed to retain a commercial zone...More
