Wingham Wildlife Park is set within 26 acres in which we display over 200 different species... That is more than any other zoo in Kent! Including some species not seen anywhere else in zoos in the UK, Europe and even the world!

As well as the all important animal collection we have 2 large play areas (both indoors and outdoors, making them fun all year), 2 restaurants (although one may be shut in the winter season) and a wide variety of animal talks, encounters and experiences!

Great Day Out

Brilliant day out with our 4 month old baby. Very buggy friendly and lots of places to sit down. So good, we signed up for an annual ticket before we left!

I brought two classes from my school on a trip to Wingham. We loved it. It's smaller than Howletts and Port Lympne zoos but for us that was a bonus. Little legs get tired and our children saw so many animals. The dinosaur that move and " roar" were a highlight as were the penguin and tiger feeding. The tiger... More

As the head (don't tell the boss lady) of a family with one tean and two young children we love to visit Wingham. It's a great relaxing day out what ever the weather. Down to there being a large indoor play area within the wildlife Park. So you can duck in if the weather turns. All the staff are very... More

Went on a quiet friday in term time. Lots of talks on the animals - friendly staff who clearly love what they are doing. There is also an inside play centre for under 10s (?) and a dinosaur park with authentic moving models who roar a lot. THere is a walk through Flamingo section and a good variety of animals... More

Small park but interesting as there's questions and answer boards near enclosures so fun for the kids and adults! The rope bridge is excellent and felt safe tho lockers for handbags would be handy. Overall a good sunny day place with a relaxed atmosphere and nice cafe
