This trail is the shortest of all three (Piratenweg and Hexenweg), but is the most demanding by terrain. Anyway, our daughter enjoyed it a lot, so it is real fun for smaller kids ( our daughter is 6). The beginning is counted from Ladis, but accessing it from there is really demanding as the terrain is steep and full of roots, so kids are exhausted before they even reach the start. Better is either to start from Fiss, there is no story behind, you just start from 11 and counting down to one, or you can go via trail to the start and return back. Take sonnenbahn to the “mittlestation” and follow signs. Don’t be nervous and keep on straight unless pointer suggest otherwise. And do not forget to buy a book for your kids - available in any ticket office including the one in Fiss cable car station, just ask the service.

We had a great fun there during the walking and filling up the book kids got in Tourist Office !! From Ladis side it is quite a hard to get to the starting point of the path but it is worth the effort!
