We stopped in here on our SWC Path hike to look around. Very nice old church that is kept up well. Grave yard is very interesting as many graves date back a couple hundred years. Good for pictures!

From the outside this church is quite imposing and seems too large for a small village. Inside it is worth taking your time to explore to see the historic gems. The Victorian 'renovation' is typical of the period but fortunately did not cover all the...More

A great, atmospheric little church, not masses to see, but worth a visit while you're in St Mawgan (and there was probably quite a lot that we missed); really loved the finials on the tower

We both love visiting this beautiful old church, very tranquil inside and with a lovely churchyard. The monument to the lost sailors is particularly poignant.

I have to admit that i didn't enter the church. I feel guilty now! The first time I didn't have time and the 2nd time it was locked (i think because a flower festival was on) The churchyard is beautiful and peaceful in the most...More

Set in the Vale of Lanherne, the church is the jewel of the beautiful Cornish village of St.Mawgan, with its cricket ground, ancient inn, ford and convent. Yes, thats correct a convent but you're unlikely to meet anyone unless you buy some of their lovely...More
