great place to visit, specially for those who go now and around Christmas time as they are preparing everything for the festivities fantastic for old and young alike for a couple of euros you can even decorate your own gingerbread man also tasting all the different types of delicious cookies is just a treat highly recommended

Fun gingerbread shop with factory. Lots of little gifts- storks and gingerbread. Quick stop after zeyssolf winery tour

The palace is a wonderful place which you will only find in" Fairy Tales". The "star" product here is the Gingerbread Cookies. The cookies comes in many shapes and sizes. It is a family run business for more than 2 generations. What a charming spot on Alsace's "Wine Road".

small museum totally made for kids. Lots of interactive screens explain the history of the gingerbread and how it is produced (bakers are off on Fridays though).

There are two things that you can do here. Either pay a small fee and have a wonder through a number of rooms explaining the history of the spiced biscuits then see the biscuits being produced or you can miss this out and just go straight to the LARGE factory outlet shop. Thought the place looks cute and interesting. But there were closed when we got there. Little did we know that everywhere closes for lunch between 12pm and 2pm.
