The Wine Tourist Center of Concha y Toro is the principal winemaking attraction of Santiago. It’s located in Pirque in the Maipo Valley, a privileged area for the production of world-quality wines. The Centre is located one hour from the city.The old cellars and vineyards of Concha y Toro are part of Chile’s winemaking tradition. Founded in 1883, it is now one of the most important wineries in the world.

This is a large well established winery just outside of Santiago city. The tour is just great and takes you through the old winery buildings. Of course the wine tasting is a must. The garden courtyard has a restaurant and empanadas are delicious.

It was a good winery but in Santiago I found better ones. I mean not the type of industrial winery but more of quality and love trending wines that Chile has.

Price is fair. Nothing special in the visit more than the beutiful place. The wine-making process is not explained at all. I wouldn't go if I have other options.
