Amazing views

We took the Hochgratbahn in both directions as I have a chronic illness but still wanted the opportunity to go up a mountain!
This didn’t disappoint. The cable cars are small but we fitted our family of four inside. The journey was longer than we had imagined, and provided us with amazing views on the way, including the alpine cows!
At the top there is a cafe where we had hot drinks and cake. From there you can hike up the last half hour to reach the summit, or follow several other hiking paths. We just soaked in the views before heading back down on the cable car again.
