I went there in November with my family. It is a big factory and nothing is touched by hand.We tasted some of the chocolates and the black wrapper is like you are in heaven, never tasted it before. The guide Francesa Marini was good she explained very well.If you are in Perugia go and watch the BACI how is made. Thanks.

We did this tour combined with the Perugia Town Tour. Not a bad deal for 20 euro. They have 1 chocolate tour a day so we opted to do that first. It's about a 15 minute drive to the factory. We only had 1 other couple with us, so it was almost like a private tour of the factory. It's... More

We're not ones for organized tours but were glad we took this one. Very interesting company history and to see the chocolate making process. Very generous tasting of a large selection of chocolates included!!

The factory in summer is very silent as the workload is very low and therefore you need some imagination to see it at full speed. In rainy day you should expect crowd to attend the visit and mainly tourist. If you are nearby it's worth but otherwise I would not spend my day visiting it

My son and his wife did the tour. Interesting information. I enjoyed purchasing chocolate from the store. Easy to find location.

I had read varying reviews but really wanted to see where the famous Baci was made. We booked by phone for an English tour and were delighted with the event. Our guide spoke good English and first we were shown a video on the history of the company, then went to the very interesting museum where things were explained &... More

The factory is around 20 min by bus from Perugia. It is a big place and the tour is well organized. One watches a film about the history of the factory. Then a hostess makes the tour in the gallery and invites for tasting. At the end, visitors are lead to a tour of the factory itself. Very interesting and... More

We spent about 1.5 hours on property for scheduled tour. Museum displays being only in Italian language limited our engagement. Plenty of samples provided as part of tour. Overhead walking tour of factory pretty simple with limited explanation.
