We arrived Friday afternoon and waited a few hours to get on the ferry! Reason, the roundabout nearby was full and the trucks could not get of the ferry.
Expensive cafeteria and outdated product selection
The ferry is not to bad, but the food sold in the cafeteria is expensive and medium quality. The trip do not last very long between the two cities, so no real reason to buy food in the boats restaurant.

Our rental car had a pass on it that was scanned automatically when we drove through. Then we paid when we turned the car in. Otherwise there is a toll booth you drive through to pay, cash or credit card.
