The Jameos del Agua was the Centre of Art, Culture and Tourism to be created by César Manrique and reflects one of the cornerstones of his creative work: harmony between nature and artistic creation. The Jameos del Agua are located inside the volcanic tunnel created by the eruption of La Corona Volcano, one of the longest in the world, at 6 kilometres in length.

Lovely place to visit. Nice coffee shop partially underground. We didn't see any of the white crabs. Spent a short time in the museum.

I've visited here so many times I've lost track. The place never fails to leave me in awe. This time we had a meal in the underground cavern, which was a novel experience and the food was good. If you visit make the effort to go all the way to the end and look in the theatre, not everyone realises... More

We spent a really enjoyable hour here. You strt by going underground to the lagoon. This is supposed to contain white, blind crabs. We didn't see any, maybe it was their siesta time? You emerge from the cavern on to a plateau created by Cesar Manrique with a spectular blue pool and amphitheatre. The Volcano house is a modern addition... More

A really tranquil venue, I can imagine this as a great place for a wedding or large party. Strange that the swimming pool area is not to be used as a pool, But well worth a trip to see the end of the lava tunnel and hear the accoustics in the music hall.

We went as part of the grand tour day and were expecting to see a couple of blow holes but there are so many different facets to this place. The concert hall that has been fashioned from the natural environment is amazing as are the tiny albino crabs that live in this environment. Our guide said we had an hour... More

Visited here as part of a bus tour. What there is here is good (apart from a redundant swimming pool). Helps make sense of volcanic activity

A nice place to visit if you're in the area. Its quite scenic but go early as it does get busy quickly.
