Headed from cloudy sky over Los Cristianos towards the clear skies to the East. Past Los Abrigos saw sign for Playa de La Tejita. Parked and walked to beach. Lovely, clean, quiet beach. Bit surprised when naked man and woman walked past. But let's be...More

We went to this one on Sunday after visting Playa de las americas in Saturdsy. They are two different beaches entirely. I am reviewing Tejita here. I swam and walked the length of beach so I am commenting from my 100% experience. We were on...More

This beach is easy to reach by car from Médano, you can hire sun beds , but be warned beach also caters for nudists. Eating facilities really nil.

Great beach of fine sand, no stones or rocks in the water. I visited this beach at the side of the Red Mountain (Montana Roja). The water is super clear, at the right temp. You can rent a sun-bed for only 5eur! (the use of...More

Actually this is the only beach near my place (Costa del Silencio) that I've visited twice during my 2 weeks holiday on Tenerife. First of all at the end of August and beginning of the September it's not so crowdy. I noticed that it's divided...More

Large, windy, sunny beach! One of the few great places in Tenerife (which overall disapponted me). Dark sand and roary ocean (be careful). Sometimes the wind in very annoying: I visited twice. Beware: there a re nudist (just in case)

Not so good as a bathing or sitting beach. Loads to watch but really breezy which is why it is so popular with kite and windsurfers. But wind blows sand in your face and the breakers are big-plus the kite surfers are in and out...More

One of the best natural beaches I ever visited. Yes, there are not much of facilites and it is quite windy, but this a place to be if you look for a place to be on the nature to enjoy the ocean. It’s a large...More
