View in conjunction w/ the other lakes

As other reviewers have noted, this is not one of the most impressive lakes in the park. But it is still pretty, of course, and it's interesting to see the entirety of the lakes (and waterfalls) system, so it's worth checking out.

It's most readily accessed by entering at Gate 2, though I recommended exploring the Lower Lakes area as well (best accessed by Gate 1, or via a ferry from the Upper Lakes).

Beautiful, but not in the top three Lakes in Plitvice

Sept 2019

One of the top Lakes in the Upper Lakes section, & generally viewed as you walk along the eastern shoreline (Stubica). The views in parts are further away & you can see the waterfall in the distance.
It presents as serene - somewhat untouchable - as you stroll by. Again worthy of a stop & "enjoy the moment" breather.

Beautiful Small Lake

Among the smaller end of the Upper Lakes, this one is lovely with the falls and the surrounding beech trees. What makes the park spectacular is the compilation of the many lakes and many waterfalls together.

Batinovac is in the Upper lakes part of the park- entrance no 2, one of the smallest but still worth a visit, just enjoy. Go to Plitvice you wont regret a minute.
