Ochre and red shade cliffs, wonderfull colors, the sud of Portugal has many of grandiose rocks; wonderful nature, peaceful a little bit windy; nice sandy beach for nice walks, not filled with tourists.

Walked here from where we were staying. Really beautiful, clean beach. Only got busy on Easter Good Friday, but still good. You can walk for miles . We saw dolphins out to sea.

Great beach- loads of space and the water is very clear. The beach is quite slanted in parts but offers great views.

Really worth a visit long long beach away from the crowds. Enjoy the surf or just people watch and let the world go by.

Walking the beach for kilometres was the highlight of our trip. Clean and beautiful sand made the walk so enjoyable. The colorful red, brown and white sand cliffs were mesmerizing.

We were staying at the Epic Sana resort and this beach is only 10 minutes walk down a private path from the hotel. It is lovely and clean, although very packed with families and couples.

A beautiful beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby to clench your thirst or appetite. Lush sand and beautiful sea. Sea is a little bit chilly in April but with the warm weather 23 degrees when we went in April, you soon warm back...More

Lovely beach. Suitable for walking, swimming, sunbathing. You can also enjoy a cliff top walk. Lots of steps down to the beach and up again but little rest stops along the way. Worth a visit

The nearby Falesia beach is miles long and very deep when tide is out so there should be plenty of room, although we haven't been in August. Albufeira is much more crowded anyway, even out of season. Hotel has shuttle bus... More
