Walked along this beautiful clean beach many a time Check out the fresh water springs in the sand There are alot of steps to get down to beach but the colours of the cliffs in the sunlight are amazing Nice n level once you are down and you can run ,power walk, or just paddle leisurely along the water's edge... What a beautiful place to spend a day. Sun beds are 10 euro for two for the day and have a sunshade. Waves can be quite powerful but there are lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Almost every day of our stay in this so so beautiful part of Albufeira we walked along the beach in the sand running through the lovely warm water and admiring the warm colours of the rock formations with seagulls soaring above them. Sheer heaven. Swimming , wind surfing , boarding all in safety on a Blue flag beach with lifeguards... More

Combine a walk on the cliff edge with a photo opportunity and the sea air and you have a day made for enjoyment and relaxation

I love walking this long beach with its high ochre coloured cliffs and ever changing coastline. To get there means a walk down about 80 steps, then a short walk over a rough road. Some people chance driving down a track and park up by the beach. We have been down there a couple of times this week. The first... More

Beautiful cliffs, nice grainy sand, waves looked fun to swim in. Was too cold me to jump in. Sun beds available in your staying at one of the hotels nearby e.g. Adriana beach club, pine cliffs resort.

On an overcast day, we decided to walk the 5 miles of Falesia beach from Olhus D'Agua into Vilamoura. The deep reds and orange colours of the cliffs that form the backdrop to the beach are beautiful. The beach is so long that you will always find a secluded spot to sit and relax
