We always visit this beach while on Santa Maria. Usually not crowded, warm water, clean sandy beach. Restrooms, showers, snack bar and play area for small children.

After a day around the island meeting other amazing places we stopped here to relax an enjoy the beach. We were surprised with the warm water. There where few people so we could be very comfortable. Totally recommended.

Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean, sunbathing on the beach and tidal pools. Dressing facilities and a snack bar too. Great place to take the kids, just beware the jellyfish!

Clean fine sand with crystal waters. Waves can be high. Nice little snack bar overlooking the beach. Showers and toilets on the beach.
