We stayed at Flora Gardens Ephesus Hotel which had a private section on this beach. We walked along the beach and it certainly isn’t overcrowded. Plenty space for everyone :) The sea is shallow too which is brilliant for young children. Water sports available.

Lovely clean Beach. the staff clean it about 9am in the morning and do a great job. The wind seems to get up in the afternoon and that can wash some seaweed in. But very little.

Nice beach but not more interesting then the other beaches. You have the sea on one side and palmtrees on the other side. Sandbach with a little harbour. It's behind the camping and you can park the car in front of the camping.

A bit of a harsh rating but this very long wide sandy beach is only maintained in the areas in front of the hotels. The majority has lots of rubbish and seaweed, i found far too much broken glass.
There appears to be lots of very friendly stray dogs mingling with the tourists.
The walk way and cycle path which run adjacent to the beach are superb.

This is a great beach for families. Very shallow but great facilities and sand.
In addition to the sand there are shades, sundecks, showers and tollets.
Right beside it there are the Marina located bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

This is our local beach, we have had a house for 12 years nearby. There is always room on the beach, the town council have put free umbrellas on the beach or you can hire beds and umbrellas for £3.50 per day. We would recommend Erol'un Yeri Cafe on Davutlar Plaji, grass covered shelters for shade, great Meze, chill out area and lots of loungers. Never busy, prices very good. Our young daughters love the food. Get off dolmus bus from Kusadasi at Flora Garden Hotel, then walk to beachfront and turn right towards the hills, only 5 minutes walk.

Myself and my family ( wife and 2 kids and Brother) have just returned from a 14 night stay at this hotel.

WE arrived at approx. 2AM where were signed in and shown to our room, at first we were given the wrong room as there was only sleeping for 4 people, but as soon as we pointed this out we were given the correct room within the hour.

The rooms are very clean and modern, the drawback was there was only one balcony per room,

The hotel is always kept spotless and clean everywhere you go,

All of the staff are very helpful and couldn't do enough for us , every thing we asked for was given to us, we had a problem with the batteries on the safe and this was changed the next day.

There was also one of the barmen (Aytug) a very polite nice gentleman who took a great deal of pride in making our holiday experience a great one , this man is a credit to flora garden.
Housekeeping looked after our room and this was very good with towels changed daily and bedding if required.

The animation team were absolutely outstanding with us and the kids, we built up some really good relations with the team , Oscar , Mo Mo and Lara were lovely and it was very hard to say goodbye when we left, they looked after our children very well and us.I cant put into words how lovely these staff were.

The hotel guest relations were amazing as well, they were very helpful giving us all the information we needed about the local area and even locating local services for us and arranging collection and pick ups for us to and from restaurants in town, Julide and her colleague were amazing.

The watersports manager on the beach was brilliant and offered very good discounts , we hired a speed boat and a driver for one hour for £50 and I took a jet ski for 15 mins for approx. £27. Very worthwhile and a very nice chap.

The beach was good sandy and there is a nice cool breeze even on a very hot day of 44 degrees , not as humid as alanya but still very warm , the sea is clean and warm and safe.

The ambiance of the hotel is soothing and relaxed and not for clubbers, the all inclusive option als offer a variety of cocktails from local spirits which are also free.

Drinks are free from 10AM to 00.00,

My main cause for concern was the food, the food was cooked well but as an English family we found that there was not enough choice and the food was very repetitive, this hotel is only 2 years old and 2017 is the first year that Thomas Cook has put holiday makers in there , on the 3rd day there were till no beans so I asked for them and the next couple of days baked beans had been added to the menu as the norm.

I do believe that the hotel is trying very hard to please its guests and the food choices will improve, I would gladly return to this hotel as the staff here made our holiday great.

The hotel says its in kusadassi but it is actually about 7 to 8 miles outside of kusadassi , but the dolmus ( bus) stops right outside the hotel and for just over 4 lira ( just under a quid) each and you can take this into town, these run till approx. 01.00 every day , taxis back can be for as little as 40 Lira ( 10 euro)if you barter with the taxi driver.

Positives

Clean hotel
Helpful staff
Modern
Great for kids and families
good service
Nice area and quiet at night for a decent sleep

Negatives

Food repetitive but should improve
Out side of main town and only local restaurants outside the hotel with limited choice of food,
Swimming pools close early 19.00 but I do believe there are plans to change this to 21.00 hours
20 - 25 mins out side of kusadassi, but access into town is very good and reliable.

Would I return oh yes most definatly I cant wait to return

I would just like to mention the following staff for all their help in making our holiday a most enjoyable experience.

Julide - Guest relations and her colleague cant remember her name
Aytug - Barman a credit to flora garden
Lara - Animation Team Lovely young lady who takes great pride in her work
Mo Mo - animation team as above I almost cried when I said goodbye to him and my 11 year old daughter did actualy cry, this chap is outstanding
Oscar - nimation team as above comments

Water sports manager - very helpful and a great guy and great value for money

Hotel manager was very understanding and took on board our comments

Kind regards well done Flora Garden
