A group of ten local ladies celebrated a birthday with a sunset cruise on board Champagne on Ice. Great boat and we were really looked after by Brett and Mark. Seafood, champagne and laughs.

We had a lovely 2 hr evening sunset cruise around the local area. Included to enjoy in the price were prawns, oysters and a fruit and cheese platter with bubbly. Fabulous evening and a few dolphins popped on a show for us. Great way to spend the afternoon!

I have been out with the crew on Champagne on Ice a few times now, each trip is unique and enjoyable. A great way to take in the sites around the Bay Area and if your lucky like I was one trip the dolphins may be waiting for you in Fame Cove. Thank you Mark, Brett and Rhonda see you... More

I cannot recommend this experience more highly. The owner and the crew will make sure you have the best sailing experience ever. Sailing around Port Stephens and then pulling up anchor in a bay to watch the sunset whilst sipping champagne and eating oysters is truly the only way to sail. :-)

I have done the sunset cruise a number of times with Blue Water Sailing and you couldn't ask for a better way to finish a day. So relaxing and the crew are the best there is. With fresh local seafood and beautiful cheese platters you get an all round experience with some beautiful bubbles to top it all off. Would... More

This is a fantastic experience for anyone who lives in or visits Port Stephens. There is no better way to take in the beauty of the bay than by sailing on a luxury yacht with oysters, a cheese platter & champagne admiring the scenery and the joy of sailing. The crew are highly professional & the comfort & luxury of... More

We were a group of four doing a sunset cruise. The weather forecast was windy and the yacht's owner contacted me a few days prior to recommend we reschedule (at no cost) to ensure we had a great experience. We delayed 48 hours and had a perfect two-hour cruise in light winds and clear skies. There were nine other passengers... More

We were a party of five and had the best day I could have hoped for. We all had a fantastic time sailing for 4 hours with a delicious evening meal of oysters and prawns washed down with great champagne.
