A great place to meet friends old & new for intelligent, humorous conversation with drinks to cater for all tastes! My partner is very partial to his Biddenden's cider while I enjoy my Prosecco! Bosun, the landlord 's dog is a sweet, soppy poppet and...More

Decent selection of ales and ciders for the varying tastebuds. Always something different to try. Comfy and friendly place.

I've been here a couple of times recently. There are normally at least 4 real ales on, plus ciders and they do serve wine. They have their own 'house' beer called Bosun's Best brewed locally just for this pub, which I am afraid I have...More

Really great spot for a beer. Less than 5 minutes walk up from the station. Alan the Landlord is a very friendly guy and made for a very pleasant visit. Good range of beer's and decent lager as well. Would definitely go back again.
