Pick on of the backwoods campsites. Ours at Covey's gap has our own privy, waterfront and fire pits. There are 10' x 10' platforms to pitch your tent and picnic tables. Pick up your firewood at the main office.

Had our first campout for the long weekend. Great hiking.. .no bugs....no animals except for the yappy poodle two sites over...lol... Will be back later this year!!!

Camped many times at the Provincial park.. always had a great time! the park is kept very clean - staff always helpful. Charleston lake is great for swimming, boating and jet skiing on..

We love this park! Love the sites the area and beautiful lake. Friendly staff seen frequently. Proximity to Kingston is perfect for a quick get away. Washrooms are very clean and accessible.

This Park offers something for everyone - camping, swimming, hiking, nature displays. Plan on spending the day to make it worth the admission price.

This is a fantastic and large park. We've stayed here before and, in both instances, we've enjoyed our visit. I would say that this is truly a hidden gem at just a 2 hr drive from home.

We went to the park on a Saturday and stayed till the Thursday. The park is large. It has many activities for everyone. There is hiking, birdwatching, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and relaxing. The park is clean and the staff are friendly. We were very lucky...More

The park has al lot to do. Different hicking trails all around the park, with different levels but all well attainable if you take your time enjoying with what mother nature pleasures you with her beauty. Lots of canoeist and kayakers also on the lake....More
