I went to Porrentruy Castle. At the time, there were some renovations being done on the outside but i got to climb up the old prison tower and see the views of the town. It was a lovely view.

Excellent view of the town, but don't miss walking to the top if the tower for an even better view of the region. The castle is best visited with a guide - book with the tourist office in the old town.

Entering the grounds of the castle and the imposing tower are free from which there are good views of the town and surrounding area. You can take an elevator back down into the old town if you look closely!
