This stop was a lot of fun. It was entertaining, interesting, and delicious. The owner has just started a daunting upgrade and runs the local vineyard too. Best wishes. Worth 2-3 hours to stop, relax, and have a look at the grounds and buildings. If...More

It worth the trip just to see the magnificant tree in the back courtyard. Nicholas was wonderful in offering us wine, a lesson on natural winemaking, and some lovely cheese. Strolling around the grounds was breathtakingly peaceful.

The Chateau has just started to be remodeled again after years of neglect. The city is wonderful and the people are great! I would stay again in this town to enjoy the peace of a small French town.More

While traveling in a group we were fortunate to have a stop here and enjoy some of the owners wines from his vineyards as well as several samples of goat cheese. Both the wines and the cheese were excellent and the chateau is also amazing.

Very interesting and lovely chateau by the river. Quite well signposted and there is parking by the river about 500 yards from it. Kept as it would have been, there are some interesting features displayed. A very nice and unassuming chateau.

The chateau is situated in a pretty town on the bank of the river. It isn't well advertised and we came across it more by chance than through planning. There is a pretty river side park close by with ample free parking. The chateau looks...More
