Impressive place! They say it is the biggest Buddhist temple of the area. The temple is built in 2005 and also meant as a Buddhist school. But during our visit there are no activities about Buddhist students.

I am not Buddish and perhaps that is the reason I couldn’t feel anything inside the Temple. Of course it is beautiful and big Buddish temple. My opinion is that it is not necessary to visit there.

It's really huge building in the very center of Elista, Kalmykia. It' amazing, that local people visit the temple regularly, and they never get angry with crowd of tourists, coming to touch buddism not far away from their place.
