This park has geography that is visually a little different from the surrounding area. Gravel access road can be a bit rough. Brown Bear lake is a long narrow lake that is quite sheltered and easy paddling. The portage from Brown Bear Lake to Swan Lake is a steep climb up and down so it is a bit challenging but it's worth it. Swan Lake is a sprawling lake with points and islands and has a great view of the mountains. I've done this with two young kids and had a great time.

If you are a canoe adventurer then this should be on your list.
