I was really looking forward to this - but Coleridge only lived there for 3 years - it wasn't really his cottage and had been substantially altered since he left, Lots of info, well dressed with artifacts, but not really poetic!

A really enjoyable visit. Great staff who went out of their way to inform us. Very good self guiding cards. Excellent exhibits very well laid out in an authentic environment. Well worth a visit.

Educational, interesting, charming. Well presented and enjoyed by all of the family. Knowledgable and charming guides. Highly recommended. My knowledge of Samuel Taylor Coleridge increased significantly - now motivated to read more widely! Children will enjoy visiting.
