I came here with my family and we loved it. Nature is so beautiful. There are many amazing street food to try, yummy! What a lovely day.

Shell fish farming with the locals!! #experience

What an experience! Get down the rocks, get walking on the moist sea bed!! Wow!! And just keep walking and observe the crabs shell fish clams all alive and strolling around besides you. Very safe, just plan this around the evening hours 4-6pm and be ready to go barefoot!! Check out the photos!!

Evening Picnic Spot for Locals

This is a very popular evening picnic spot for locals; particularly students and those on "low" incomes. Bring your own mat and food; there are food tables if you want to take a risk (hygiene).

Some construction works is on-going & made the park unnatural. The road is much better & added a lot of parking

in phuket town? Why not stop here for a 10 minutes break from the heat?

I used to go here to hang out since I was young.. it's a sea side where local people come for picnic or just to enjoy the view on the east coast of Phuket. The sea here is a bit difference in color compare to the turquoise blue on the other famous side. There are mobile food stalls and local restaurants around.

Great park near Phuket city

Very nice Park, When you're stay in Phuket city

The park’s symbol, the tin mining monument at the traffic circle is dedicated to the memory of Edward T. Miles who brought the first dredge to Phuket some decades ago.

Just had a nice relaxing rest at the park. It has a beautiful view of the water, and it is a very restful place to have a picnic lunch (bring your own) and enjoy the scenery.

Superb place! Took a bike ride to Phuket town and onwards to Saphan Hin! Pack a picnic basket and a mat to make the most from this place! Don't depend on any eatery there. I couldn't find any nearby.
