This place is a joke, the prices are ridiculous unless you are from some place in Europe where they have no stores. The service is abysmal and the range worse. Not even worth stopping at as you pass by. It's a long way from anywhere and not worth the expense of maybe finding that one bargain.

We were quite disappointed with the whole experience here. They have an ok amount of shops here but we didn't feel that the prices were very competitive. For example I found the same Oakley Baseball cap for the exact same price in Phuket Central mall. In our opinion, it's really not worth the effort of going there unless there is... More

Not cheap at all unless it was cheap stuff to begin with. Staff in most stores are next to useless. Don't waste your precious holiday time.

We came here several time mainly for golfing apparels & accessories, sometimes women's undergarments. It's quite a neat and tidy place for all types of shopping. Not all the shops offer great discount and better focus on what you want to get. We sometimes go to the Central which may offer bigger discount with more varieties. Still recommended our friends... There are quite some critical comments here which I cannot share to the full extent. For sure, you need to have your own vehicle to get there and more importantly, get back again, as there are no taxis or tuk-tuks around. The place is also not very crowded, especially if you compare it with Jungceylon or Central Festival. This is... More

My wife wanted to go to the Premium Outlet. I know why she was so exited to go there because it looks a lot like the Outlets which you see in the USA and they have real bargains. This outlet looks like a real Outlet but it isn't. The prices were high and therefore not interesting. I only bought a... More

Its pretty far from the main town and since all the stores are seperate & its not inside a mall it gets pretty hot & tiring. Its an outlet but only few products r on discount & all sizes r not available, though some products i saw only in the outlet. I had seen speedo store on the net but... More

Don't waste your time it's like any other shopping outlet. If you have something better to do then definitely do it. Everything seems to be regular priced.

This shopping mall reminds us of the deserted Outlets shopping strip back at Docklands, Melbourne Australia. It was about half way to Phuket International Airport off the main highway, cost us 500 baht to get there from Patong beach. Same kind of shops you would find at DFO outlets back in Australia, such as Adidas, Nike and Levis. And like... More

The Premium outlets has quite a few shops and good brands, prices are decent and as a tourist you get tax refund, make sure to ask for that. If you spend more time there the food offering is just fast food and very pricy.
