Don't Expect Much, It's average

If you have been to any of another underwater world, this will look quite average. Actually, you can finish it in half an hour. Small kids will like but nothing much for adults.

We chose Underwater World for the experiences they offer swimming with sharks and rays. When we purchased our tickets I asked about the experiences and was told it was an add on to pay at the door. We arrived and asked where to pay to be gestured towards the shark tank. We walked around viewed all the different areas and... More

Although a little distance from the beach, Underwater World was worth effort. 500Bt entry for foreigners, 250Bt for locals. Not sure about the first attractions...turtles snapping in an open aquarium and large coy carp being bottle fed ( you had to buy the bottle...yes, this is as bizarre as it sounds )...but the rest of the aquarium displays are great...especially... Many different fish on display, even posibility to feed fish with a baby bottle, the fish literally suck the bottle. But it is a bit annoying if you see the thai/falang pricing.

Owned by a private company that has double pricing. One price for Thai Nationals and a far higher price for Farangs. Need I say more? Shysters and scammers

I know it is very expensive but I think it is worthy to make a bigger place for such big fishes inside that. In spite of thinking about enjoyment of visiting there, the sad fishes made us sad too. No any natural plant, small boxes and or tanks, no play and nothing to encourage them to be somehow happy... I... More

Under Water World in Pattaya, Thailand is an new experience, especially the walk through the tunnel when Sharks and Sting Rays swim above you. The tunnel here will give you a 360 degree view of marine life. Also you can feed fishes and turtles here.

It was expensive. The price for foreigners is 350 baht. I urge people not to go there, especially cause of the horrible conditions the animals are kept under.
