We were visiting Cheltenham and had already shot on the Saturday and had sniffed out Chessgrove Shooting Ground. It was well organised, well run and had good targets. That is all an experienced shooter needs to have fun. Thank you so much

Loved every minute of it! We booked for a company team build to break the monotony of talking to each other round a pub table for an evening and what a great event. Steve made it extremely enjoyable with his quick humour and relaxed attitude. 3 hours of blasting (or at least trying to) clays out the sky went too... More

What a fantastic present, went with my wife and 2 grown up sons. Our tutor for the day was Nick, who was amazing with us. His great sense of humour and positive coaching soon had us all hooked! Thanks for great experience and gluten free food. We'll be back.......

We booked Chessgrove as a birthday present for our friend. Three of us went today and, quite simply, we have a brilliant day out. The booking was easy, the arrival saw a friendly welcome, and the tuition provided was excellent. An excellent safety brief was followed by rounds of practice shoots from different points. Each one providing a different target.... More

Elaine and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, and Rob was a fantastic tutor! I was very nervous as a first time shooter and I was put at ease straight away. The snacks were amazing, home made sausage rolls and cake!! And more tea than I thought possible. I've already booked to go back twice with my fiancé and my... More

Steve and Elaine are excellent Steve is such a comedian, and we can't thank them enough for making this day special.
