It's great for families - I totally loved it and so did my kids...Its quite small - doable in about 90 minutes to an hour, but very well maintained and gives a lot of information.

If you like trains, this is the place to visit in Kolkata. Lots of old and modern loco's and rolling stock to view, a ride on a miniature railway. Good fun.

enjoyed this visit a lot with a lot of important and mesmerizing info about the Indian Railways ,perfect for spending some quality time away from the hustle and bustle of the city with heritage locomotives giving you a feeling of royal travel .
