During a rainy weekend we decided to visit Bruntwood Park to give our young grandchildren a chance to run off excess energy. Whilst the park was wet, the children enjoyed the the chance to run around, play on the playground equipment and splash in puddles. They were wet and muddy when we returned home but had enjoyed themselves in the... More

Bruntwood is a good park for the family and we are the most weeks by request! There are a number of open, green spaces good for fun and games, and a well maintained (and recently improved) children's play area containing young and older swings, helter skelter, zip line, sandpit and pirate ship, young children's play equipment and climbing frames. Can... More

Bruntwood is a beautiful park, particulary good for children, with playgrounds and a bike circuit and putting green, but also with lots of gardens and lawns, and the many trees are beautiful in the autumn. There is a duckpond, a cafe and an ice cream and snack kiosk. The park is surrounded by open fields offering longer walks.

Bruntwood park is one of the greatest areas for a family day out. Fun park , nice mini store and walks around the park and lakes. It's not just for little kids to play around as well there's zip wires areas for older kids to play and do sport. Also there is a nice and well managed BMX track which... More

I didn't know the park, I was meeting a friend halfway with our dogs. I looked on tripadvisor and saw mixed reviews - great park for kids, but disappointing cafe, and lots of plane shots. Bizarre. Anyway, it's a brilliant park for walking the dogs - off the lead, without lots of people around, and just keep wandering and exploring... More
