Good for walks in the early morning or late afternoon. Mostly locals from the fisherman's village close by. Many traditionals wodden boats.

Village of Chowara is popular for its beach which is approximately 10 kilometres from Kovalam, Trivandrum, Kerala. It has ayurveda resort in the vicinity. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy with family.

A nice secluded beach to visit in trivandrum. You will not much crowd here. Beach is clean & maintained properly.

Just returned from Keral and our hotel had sun beds and umbrellas on this beach. The sand was litter free and clean around that area however we decided to walk towards the fishing boats. Sadly the full length of the beach is ruined by human...More

Visited in December and the Beach was not too busy, therefore, you could take a casual stroll and enjoy some quiet time for reflection in cooler temps in the evenings.
