This temple must be worshipped by everyone. This temple is very ancient one. The priest of the temple is explaining about the temple and Perumal very well.

Srirangam temple is one of the important temples for the Vaishnavaite sect of Hindus. The temple is located in Srirangam, close to the city of Trichy in Tamil nadu. The temple is huge and the gopuram is very tall structure. We went at the time of Vaikunda Ekadasi so there was large crowd. The statues of the gods are huge. A must visit for all Hindus. Try the Puliyodarai rice in the Prasadam stall.

Beautiful experience seeing Ranganathaswami and Thayaar. Temple is huge be prepared for a lot of walking around.

This temple of Lord Vishnu is situated on the southern bank of Thenpennar river which is 35 Kms from the famous Annamlaiar temple of Pilgrimage centre Thiruvannamalai that is situated about 190 Kms to the southwest of Chennai city, Tamilnadu, India. The temple is about 1000 years old located in the Thiruvarangam village of Villupuram district. God Vishnu, known as Sri Rangamtah swamy or Ranganthar, graces the place in a reclining pose. The beautiful eyes of the 30 feet long idol will mesmerise and rejuvenate you. Visit once to see yourselves,

This ancient temple more than 1000 years old is situated on the southern bank of Thenpennar river. and About 30 Kms south to the famous Arunachaleshwar temple of Tiruvannmalai and10 KM from Thirukoyilur There are not many buses available to reach Manaulpettai , a small town which is 3 Km from the temple. Going by hiring a taxi is preferable. The presiding deity. Lord Ranganthar, is bigger than the one at Srirangam near Tiruchirapplay. The God is in reclining posture with beautiful lotus-like eyes.
