About
Vuda Marina Fiji :: Located in the hub of the South Pacific, we are a unique commercial marina complex operating as a haven for yachts travelling the South Seas. We are a berthing and repair marina equipped with a 63 ton WISE travelift (largest in Fiji) with hardstand and more than 35 'hurricane holes' for those monohulls that choose to sit out the cyclone season with their keels lowered into pits. And we're growing! But you don't have to come in with a boat to enjoy our service! The Yacht Shop is our in-house yacht chandlery which stocks a large range of commercial & recreational equipment. The General Store grocery, deli & everyday necessities. Toast a beautiful sunset and enjoy a cosy and tasty meal at The Boatshed Bar & Restaurant or simply enjoy a quick snack & coffee at The Boatyard Cafe. Enjoy live music on Sundays!

- Aneesha H39 contributionsGreat view and locationGreat location. Close proximity to Anchorage resort which provides day trips to Beachcomber Island. Jashinta and her team have excellent customer service. If you prefer a tranquil setting for a weekender without the crowds, Vuda Mariner is for you. The Boat Shed restaurant is right at your doorstep with an outdoor bar.Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten January 4, 2024

We went to vuda marina on 15/05/2022. It was Sunday evening, went for dinner with my family. We arrived there at around 5.30pm. We went and took our sit and waiting for staffs to attend us.. about waiting for 20mins, i went to the bar and got menu and i ask one staff to come take our order, so we ordered our food and drinks.. One staff came took our order and now its 6.45pm and we haven't been served with our drinks ( bottle of wine, orange juice and apple juice)atleast. We reminded the staffs 3 times and still nothing. We started to get frustrated as now it's 7pm and our lil kids are hungry. We had to leave from there as we couldn't expect our food to arrive. We went to a nearby resort which was 2mins from vuda marina and things turned out pretty well there. We noticed that staffs were concreting on guest who had white skin.. and leaving others unattended. There were few more guest who was waiting for the menu and staffs go pass them without attending. Very hopeless service and also racism. I do not recommend this place anymore and this is not my first time going there but this was surely my last time.

Yes it is a great place lovely surroundings and the outside staff helpful and friendly
What a pity the experience was dulled big time having to wait from 5.30 pm in the evening daylight till 7 pm dark for 2 stir fries to be cooked. How difficult is it to put a few veges and chicken in a wok for less than 10 minutes max.I have never waited so long for a meal in my 75 years of life.I would not think that staffing in the kitchen in Fiji would be a problem. just not good enough

Great food with excellent service from the staff.Shout out to Younis who went beyond his job as a waiter helping me get my parents {one on a stick and the other on a walker} into the restaurant and back out to the car.Prices very reasonable. Chili and Paprika Octopus salad a must try with all other meals exceptional.Pasta sizes were huge along with fried rice. Doggie bags provided for left overs.
Would recommend the Boat Shed as we went back a second time.

The marina is right next door to First Landing Resort herewe stayed. It's interesting to stroll past all the boats and to hear languages from all over the globe. Being a working marina you'll also see boats under repair.
The marina itself has a small general store which is licensed. There is also the Boatyard Cafe open all day from breakfast. Did not eat there but the menu had some interesting items including breakfasts with some local foods. I'll try it next time.
The Yacht Club building has 2 linked restaurants - the Sunset Bar & Restaurant and the Boatshed Restaurant & Bar. We ate there frequently and I've reviewed both under the Lautoka restaurant section.
It seems to be a favourite place for locals at weekends when there is live music. There's also a night market once a month but we've never managed to catch it. Maybe next time.
A lively and attractive place to visit.

Whilst staying at First Landing Resort, the Sunset Bar at Vuda Point Marina became our favourite spot for lunch. We even left Navini early so that we could get back and have lunch at the Sunset Bar before we flew home :)
The staff are amazing and the service is impeccable and the food is delicious. The cooling breezes across the point make this the perfect place to kick back and spend an afternoon soaking up the atmosphere and a few ales. Good selection of wines is also available. They sometimes have live music and Saturdays are Market Day/Nite.
Also at the Marina is the Boatshed Restaurant only a few metres from the Sunset Bar but a little more formal and a small boutique and a scooter hire service. Over by the yacht moorings is the Boatyard Cafe for light snacks & coffee next to the small "General Store" & Yacht Shop.

We are travelling to Serenity Island Resort and was told by the island that we would be transferring from Vuda Marina. Does anyone know what sort of boat we 5 will be transferring onto?
