We had great fun on the velorail ! Really hasn’t ever done anything like it before. We booked a week ahead and unfortunately the weather on the day was a bit of a disappointment....but we still enjoyed it. Got the lads to cycle at the...More

We had a lovely time on the velorail. The long slow climb up the hill near the end on the outward journey felt hard but it was worth it for the quicker downhill ride on the way back! The views were beautiful and we enjoyed...More

So pleased to have found this activity, the kids loved it as much as we did. Its a fun activity that involves all children of all ages. Such a nice way to see the countryside and enjoy the outdoors.

The whole family, aged between 3 and 65, travelled from Roumazieres to Confolens and our return trip was a delight from start to finish. The train staff were so friendly and helpful, the train carriage a treat to be in and the views, although not...More

With 2 fit friends in tow, the 4 of us packed a picnic and set off. The route we were recommended was to start at Confolens (as opposed to Roumaziere) purely because it is uphill on the way ~ so down hill on the way...More

This is great day out, best done in a small group, or groups, and would be very good for a family. We booked in advance – this is advised because there will be a limit to how many “units” can travel up and then down...More
