Building with nice structure with a small rooftop garden. Can join a guided tour so that the guide can explain the design and small featuresbehing the display e.g. ceiling clocks etc.

Although not a historical opera house (such as the Moscow Bolshoi, London Royal Opera House, Milan La Scala, Paris Opera, Sydney Opera House, Saigon Opera house), this central Taiwan performing arts center has the innovative, modern dynamics of many inspirational opera houses, categorically earning a...More

They're proud of this new national theater, and it's worth stopping in if you happen to be in the area, but the architecture (think swooping concrete walls and non-functional moats and rivulets) is not really as innovative as they pretend.

We stopped in here briefly one evening. The lights of the city around the building are beautiful as is the building's architecture. We discovered that it is a good idea to take the elevator to the top floor where there is a roof garden with...More

As I only had time to make a whistle stop here, the review might not do it justice. The building interior is a great contrast to the square and plain exterior. Once inside the building you find yourself in a vast airy and sunlight lit...More

Despite all the hype, the Theater, though generally a nice place, is not one which you HAVE to make a deliberate trip, unless of course, you are coming here to watch a live performance. Other than that, there is a cafe, and some unique shopping...More

We have been passing by this unique looking place but finally got to stop by and check it out. The construction reminiscent gaudi’s works in Spain somehow with interesting lines both inside and outside. There are number of unique shops and restaurants and cafes if...More

Don’t get me wrong the exterior of the building is really amazing architecture and it’s worth popping by to see. The interior was a kindof random mix of some slight exhibitions of designer products that were for sale. You can walk around but the theater...More
