We visited on Tuesday of the midterm which they kept/classed at “off peak”. Called in advance to check opening, was told the wave pool & pirate ship area would be open but it was more limited than we could have imagined. The slide and the...More

Went to this place over the weekend. Wouldn't recommend. Slides more for teenagers, for younger kids it gets boaring after an hour. And is very expensive in for what you get to do.i would of rather went to my local swimming pool.

Unfortunately have to report very poor customer service experience. I could not access the 15% RUDOLF discount that had been advertised for the Christmas break online. For some reason, the discount would not apply. I queried this in person at the reception and was brushed...More

I’m sure this was a decent enough pool when it was first opened in 1990 or whatever, but things have moved on and it’s really in a bit of a sorry state now. They also have a bizarrely paranoid approach to pool safety, with dozens...More

Great facility, and really delighted with the small improvements made with the non-slip flooring and the small few stickers to brighten the place up. But could really try and fix the slides in the kiddies pool a lot quicker. Why does it take so long...More

Honestly this was the worst experience ever. To use the steam room we had to be a member. The wave pool was really boring as the waves were really slow. We had to wait for others to go down the slide to get a donut...More
