I have visited many wineries all over the world. Chateau Golan is simply the best. The location is beautiful, the building is nice but most important is the wine. It is fabulous. I had a contest of wine tasting with friends from South Africa and won big tome withe Eliad vs. Stelenbush. It is the no one present I give to people and what can I say? It is a winner winery.

Remarkable setting and very special wines . Friendly staff and free wine tasting if you buy wine. The wines reflect local terroir and belong with upmarket segment. You pay high prices and get high quality which is a bargain because sometimes you pay a lot for poor quality. Recommended.

Beautiful setting and highly complimentary to a visit to the Sea of Galilee. Beautiful setting, lively sense of arrival. We had a wine tasting of a selection of wines. Notable are the Sauvignon Blanc and the award winning Elias and Cabarnet Sauvignon. Jane was very friendly, proactive and forward thinking and helped with wines that were not on their usual wine list to buy (which is outstanding, we simply needed a specific gift). Open on Saturday and highly recommended.

A (relatively) new winery in the Golan with some delicious reds and an opportunity to tour the facility. The meager cost of the tour can be deducted from any purchases, too.

We arrived spontaneously while trailing Nahal ELAL. They have very good wines. Taya took care of as with a smile although we did not book in advance. Beautiful place for wine lovers, grate tastings. Highly recommend buying a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot and going down 100 meters near the beginning of the water stream in front of the gorgeous scenery on a sunny winter day.
