Even though Vermont has good cheeses this cheese is really worth the trip. Several varieties. Hatley is our favorite! they even make grilled cheese sandwiches on site. Can tour the barns.

What's not to love? Award winning cheeses, housed on a scenic farm down a country road. The only problem: which cheeses to buy and how big a wedge of each. Yum!

Great selection of cheese in wonderful setting. Prices are fair for quality. A little bit outside the main road but worth the detour.

The cheeses here are organic and they are wonderful. They are expanding and I can see why. Definitely worth buying a sampling of their cheeses.
