We saw glimpses of some fins and pumps from the whales. Ridiculous. This was an utter waste of tumultuous 6 hours on a rocky ferry- for nothing. It was hot and many ppl were seasick. Tourturous.

This was another of those trips where we had heard about how great they were and we came away disappointed. Again, not the fault of anyone but it was just bad timing. We spent around five hours cruising on the ocean waves trying to source...More

ONE "resident" whale chased for 80 minutes. Surfaced 5 or 6 times. Saw from about 200m away for about 4 minutes in total 90 minutes each way. A number of people were sea sick. Tablets had been offered before we left.

April 26, 2018 We had a nice day with this club. The day started promising, a big group of spinner dolphins within an hour. After that... nothing... Hours and hours went by. The captain must have felt the most hated person on the boat as...More

We traveled from Kalutara early in the morning(3.30 wake up) to get the boat. It had an upper and lower deck, the seats were like tub chairs in rigid plastic fixed to the deck. Our fears were heightened when a member of the crew came...More

Excellent! Nice breakfast and many whales and dolphines. Captain and workers were very professional and fast. Majestic animals.

We went whale watching and within 45 mins had seen 3 whales which was disappointing in itself as the seasickness pills made me happily drowsy and the rocking of the boat was actually quite fun so would have been super content bobbing about for at...More

A mass of boats heading our of Merissa Harbor. Three hours out to get to the area where the whales are. Eleven boats chasing after a blue whale. 30-40 minutes where boats charging after the whale force it to sound prematurely. Then three hours back...More
