As organized and efficient as everything seems to be in Japan this facility is a little disappointing. As we entered with our luggage there was very little information to help determine where to drop your luggage or how boarding would occur. We asked a few...More

Easy access here and traffice pre-boarding wasn't too bad. Staff all very helpful and a few small shops on the pier.

The timber deck was quite unexpected, extending across the top of the Passenger terminal. At the far end of the pier you can look back to the Minato Mirai 21 skyline, and on a clear day can see Mt Fuji in the distance. Plenty of...More

Yokohama was the last stop on our recent cruise. The terminal was very to get through. Very clean and with its neat architecture many people would walk/jog around the top of the terminal. Its location is perfect for exploring Yokohama itself and very close to...More

We left from here to go on a cruise. It appears to be brand new...great design and apparently the place to see and be seen. Lots of people watching the ships, walking dogs and enjoying the day. The boarding was a bit chaotic but it...More
