About
I have worked for a global consulting firm many years as a consumer business industry specialist Including travel and Hospitality. After intensive training to be a Sushi Chef, I started "Sushi Making Studio" as my own business. It's my pleasure to make people happy through workshop. You can enjoy not only making and eating Sushi but also taking pictures with my robot dog named "Bell" and Japanese arts. It will be a unforgettable event in your trip. Bell and I are looking forward to seeing you.

This has got to be the best experience I have had in a while. After my trip to Vietnam and Singapore was cancelled I had to find a last minute event to do for my wife’s birthday. I’m so happy I was able to find the Sushi Making Studio Mini. Our Chef was excellent and he did not disappoint us. My wife said it was perfect and to see the smile on her face made it more reassuring. I can’t thank you enough for the experience and all the information you thought us. Thank you again for making this day special for my wife. I will recommend this Excursion to all of my friends. Thank you, Thank you and 1 last THANK YOU.

Matsushita-san provided a wonderful experience to explore a taste of Japanese culture literally. I went with friends and had a great time. A well made presentation helped everyone in the group grasp the basics of making sushi, and no one failed to make a good looking roll. We were provided with salmon, tuna, silver skin fish, shrimp, squid, roe(fish eggs), and scallop. Before we even started Matsushita-san made sure no one had a food allergy. A choice of green tea or water was provided to drink. Come on an empty stomach because the sushi adds up quick. Afterwards we took a walk around the nearby park with Matsushita-san, who provided information about the temple and neighborhood. If its a clear day when you go, I highly recommend going up Tokyo Tower. Overall, my friends and I had a fun experience with good food and information, worth the price.

The overall experience was great. Yoshio san was excellent at helping us make sushi and was a great host. We were able to make and eat different kinds of sushi as well as learn about the art and history of sushi making. I would greatly recommend Yoshio's course to anyone that wants to learn how to make sushi and enjoys hospitality.

Chef Matsushita was wonderful and cultivated the perfect learning experience~
We learned the basics of Japanese cuisine, etiquette, and gained hands-on experience in making a traditional, delicious meal. Chef Matsushita gets the ingredients fresh from the market and there was more than enough food for every person.

The class was held in a smaller space, allowing for a more intimate and one-on-one time with the chef, who was very knowledgeable and patient with us. After the lesson, Chef Matsushita introduced us to his Robo-Dog (SO COOL!!) and even gave us a mini-tour of the neighborhood outside. The location is great because it's right next to the Tokyo Tower and Asakusa market; we were able to walk off the delicious meal!

We were fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to attend this class during the beginning of our Japan trip so we were able to take our skills/knowledge to everywhere we ate throughout the next month. I highly recommend anyone to take this class whenever they can fit it in their itinerary; it's fantastic!
