A challenging walk along the South West Coast Path. It is a switchback up and down four hills before returning along a relatively level ridge. It offers great photo opportunities passing some of the geological highlights of the Jurassic Coast. In late Spring and early summer the limestone grassland beside the path is full of rare flowers and clouds of butterflies.

It's very beautiful & natural combination of area for walk as one can enjoy one side sea, walk on white sand beach and other side a green hill, wow what a experience. A good health is necessary to go there & walk as steep hill...More

This walk is listed as about 6/7 Miles, but it seemed longer probably because we kept stopping for two reasons. Firstly, the scenery and views are spectacular to say the least, photo opportunities in every direction. Secondly, some of the climbs, even for hardened walkers...More

You can visit this place by car, but is easy by train and bus. The most near station is Wool (I recommend this), Moreton and Weymouth. Outside of the train station in Wool exist a bus station, you can take a bus for 3 pound...More

Great views that more than compensate for the efforts required not for the faint hearted or if you don't like uneven ground

Durdle Door was just as good as I'd hoped. A fairly easy walk to get there from Lulworth Cove. It was fairly busy with school trips, but they only went as far as Durdle Door and the section going to White Nothe was almost deserted....More

We did the complete circuit in one day's walking, including a stop at Lulworth Cove. It is however a demanding circular walk and you need to be fit to complete it. It is fairly well waymarked, but you need an Ordnance Survey map at some...More

I'd recommend staying at the Limestone Hotel Lulworth Cove. There are trains from London to Poole. From there I think there is a bus which goes along the Jurassic Coast every two hours so you could get that. However I... More
