The scenery here is gorgeous and there are three convenient places to eat nearby. Note they may stop service around 15:00 for food or at least be low on stock. The water was very clear but not many fish to see snorkeling by the beach. It may be better by the rocks but the day we were there it was too windy. As others have said it is a very good beach. We were there on the last day of September, a Sunday, so there were quite a few people enjoying the warm sunny day. The road winds down to the beach and in places needs some serious repair work. The beach bar had closed for the season, so in addition to a parasol you need some water to drink if it is hot. The sea was warm after a long hot summer on it, but it does shelve quite quickly. A lovely place to spend some time by the sea.…

Good beach, long but not very wide. There's no shade, so being your own! Not entirely clear white sand - some scrubby. Some yachts in the bay. The sea was warm and good bay for swimming. Suitable for families. We sat near the back fence and we're somewhat plagued by large flying beetles and a few bees, so if nature bothers you (!) head towards the ocean. Cafe on the beach itself - if you want to eat at lunchtime you need to reserve a table when you arrive. Grand Cafe €3.20, glass of wine €2.80. When you arrive, you'll see an overflow car park in a field first, then parking on the side of the road, then a small concrete car park. We visited on a Monday at 12ish and were in the overflow. There appears to be a restaurant and mini market with rotisserie by the car park, though we didn't investigate.…

This is a great stretch of sand with a nice bar right on the beach. Blue-green seas. Seemed good for swimming. Back from the beach is a campsite which looked fun, it has a restaurant.
