If you don’t have much time to travel around Moab, this road should be your no. 1 priority! It’s extremely beautiful, views are spectacular. It took us about 1.5hrs to get from Potash to Visitors Centre.

So I did 45 miles of this on motorcycle. And wound up getting saved by the Park Ranger's Search and Rescue people. 1. This desert is terribly dehydrating - more than you can ever believe and this was in the first week of May 2018....More

This was by far one of the best trips ever 4 days of riding and camping along the White Rim road about 80 some miles. Beautiful arches, rock formations and so much more. I would definitely do this in early spring or fall so much...More

I have been exploring Canyonlands for 3 year, and after those 3 years, I finally decided to traverse the 100 miles of the White Rim Road. The White Rim Road was not what at all what I expected and below are my recommendations in traversing...More

Do not get in a hurry when visiting this National Park. This is not one that you can just drive around and look out the windows of your car. Be sure to read about all that is there and make a day of driving. If...More

As part of a 4-day backpacking adventure, we hiked some of White Rim Road. I'm glad I did this on my own two feet rather than on four wheels, since some of the road looked pretty intense for a vehicle. In fact, we saw a...More

Have mercy... let me start with the fact that we come from New York. We googled it to see how difficult the world rates this road.. moderate they said. It'll be great they said! And while it was, it's even better if you have the...More

Rent a jeep and go check out this amazing place! I said it more than once while my husband navigated the road - "I can't believe they let people do this!" Super twisty Shafer Switchbacks down into the canyon where you will have to back...More

We were only in the White Rim Road for a short duration, after driving down the Shafer Trail. The views were impressive and I would suggest driving the road to Musselman Arch; at the very least. You can turn around and head up the Shafer...More

You can cover the road in a day. However, it is my personal opinion that it will be a very long and crappy day. It is about 150 miles from pavement and back to pavement. That is a lot of miles to cover. There are... More

Not sure who you are asking this. But I can tell you that in June, it is hot, hot, hot. Even camping at night will be hot. If you are planning to get a motel room, then White Rim Road is not the best idea. There are many... More
