Another blessing by Mother Nature and a must do. This is so worth the short hike to get to it. Wear comfy sneakers and bring water.

This attraction requires a bit more hiking than many of the surrounding sites. The weather was quite hot when we visited, and having water along and appropriate footwear was important!

What an absolutely beautiful hike! We were so surprised by the amount of people who turned around as soon as the path opened up. Keep going people, it's so beautiful! I had done a bit of research before hand and found out how to bypass...More

We didn't know what to expect with this canyon but we went on up the dirt road anyway. It was worth the drive. Not many people get here because it s a dirt road. At the end is a parking lot and a trail head...More

Go early for a hike here and you will enjoy it. Do not go past 10am in warm weather as it will be too hot to walk and trek. Feel the stones and their coolness :) It’s a very nice canyon.

unique stone structures; kids will enjoy climbing; baby strollers wont work, btw - kids have to be able to climb by themselves. also, nice and shady for some of the distance. Nice enjoyable hike on a mild day.

This is a must do when you are nearby and exploring the Death Valley. It is amazing to walk it (be careful, very hot!!) and to see the structure and composition. One of our favourite places in the Valley!

Mosaic Canyon is other worldly and a must see, but if you can go in the Fall or Winter do that. During the summer it is so hot, up to 120 degrees, you can barely walk and the rocks are hot to the touch. You...More
