This is a spectacular creek. The colors are beautiful. Lots of spots to check it out, but parking does get congested.

On a previous trip, we tried a hike, but this time we just stopped to see the Sacred Dancing Cascades and McDonald Falls – gorgeous! Two parking areas with limited spaces are along the road. These are great stops for everyone.

Was a great stop. we stopped at a point where there was a large area of rocks to climb on ( Huge rocks) and a calm pool of water to swim in ( FREEZING). was a great stop.

This is a nice White Water Creek, with several water falls. There are several pull offs from the main road, where you can get excellent views of McDonald Creek and the water falls.

Beautiful setting and the sound of the water rushing through the creek was very relaxing. You can sit and enjoy the sounds of nature which will drown out everything else. It was not crowded when I was there but it was early in the day.

It was interesting to say the least... but a bit crowded. The creek was beautiful and quite fun to walk around. The trail around the creek is fun to hike and is quite easy and accessible to everyone. Highly recommended.

We were here at high runoff. Spectacular views, sounds of rolling boulders and soothing crashing water. A mustcstop and see while at Glacier.

McDonald Creek looked like a river to us - maybe this year has more than usual snow melt. Easy access from the highway and many places to easily enjoy its beauty.

This creek flows into and out of Lake McDonald. I fished thee lower section from the lake to the Flathead River. Outstanding!!
