This point is an excellent lookout and a good way to get an overview of the Bright Angle Trail. It is on the Rim trail so mostly a flat easy hike from the Bright Angel Lodge. To get an excellent view of the Bright Angel trail go to the Trail Observation Point. This is the first stop on the Red... More

One of many points to view the GC. They all seem better than the last and this is no exception. A great view.

Another of the many awesome viewing points as you explore the Grand Canyon. It is a mesmerising place, utterly enchanting. It takes the breath away at every turn. Bright Angel Point is well worth the trek to. It's not difficult and to say the views are worth it is a spectacular understatement. Spectacular is the word.

I marvelled at the pathway which had been built over time and the mules were astounding as they balanced at the edge of the trail :) The geology and wildlife in this area are so... More

This is another of the very busy view points. The views are great. Just seeing the canyon is awe inspiring.

Amazing views of the canyon, with several trails to walk down. The restaurant on site gave good service and lovely food at a reasonable price. There is also a snack bar offering sandwiches, hot dogs, ice creams etc. The ice cream tasted nice but didn't seem to be frozen properly so was more like a moose or yogurt and was... More
