This was a perfect place to soak in the views and take in the vastness of the grand canyon. Sunrise and sunset make the canyon come alive from this viewpoint.

I'm a very heavy, out of shape older woman and I was able to go the 1/2 mile round trip. The views are amazing and unique. Plenty of spots to stop and rest. Worth the effort to see North Rim from this advantage point.

What a great way to familiarize your self with the Bright Angel trail before attempting it. It offers wonderful panoramic views of the canyon and trail. stop and take a few minutes to really enjoy the canyon view. you'll be glad you did.
