The trip was very well planned with attention to details. Logistics were very well done and our guide(James) was just fantastic and knew a whole lot about the canyon than one could imagine. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an guided backpacking trip.

You would have to ask them. There is a meeting the night before in Flagstaff which is helpful. If they haven't even met you or discussed logistics I think it would slow things down at the trailhead.
