My mother, brother, and I recently returned from a 3-day trip with Wildland Trekking to and from Phantom Ranch, going down by the South Kaibab trail and returning by the Bright Angel trail. There are so many reasons that made this trip the best vacation of my life, and one of those reasons was our guide Michael Wichman. He was... More

I went on a 3-day Havasu Falls hike with five other people (who have become lifelong friends). Peter was our guide. The whole entire trip was amazing from start to finish. All of the accommodations (from the company van to the tents, sleeping bags, daypacks, and gear) were well taken care of and great quality. Peter was the BEST guide... More

This was the most amazing display of God's creation. I have been to Paradise. Stars in a Black Sky... Then Beaver Falls clinched it. Scale the wall. Float in the crystal clear aqua blue waters fed by Travertine minerals...Intoxicating in a way only nature can provide..Add the expertise of quality fresh food and treats and your body will come back... My husband and I, our four kids (ages 17-22), and our daughter's finance had an amazing time on our 4-day backpacking trip. Our guides Zack, Curt and Jordan were terrific and we enjoyed plenty of banter and good conversation along the 'old dusty trail'. A couple of highlights included breakfast at Ribbon Falls on day 2, and swimming in the... More

So happy we booked with Wildland Trekking. We booked the Phantom Ranch tour. We hiked down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon on the S. Kaibab trail, there for a day, then hiked back out on Bright Angel trail They provided wonderful knowledge and support. On our day off our guide took us on a shorter hike to a... More

Wildland Trekking hosted an eclectic party composed of my 70-year-old mom, all her marathon-running friends, myself, and a couple of my cousins on a four day tour of Havasu Falls in Grand Canyon. Our guides were amazing: they made sure we saw all the amazing sites, fed us great food, kept our spirits high, organized and broke down the camp... More

My wife and I signed up for this hike in southern Utah on the advice of our guide that led us on our first trip with Wildland Trekking in the Grand Canyon in September of 2015. First, it should speak volumes about Wildland Trekking that we signed up for a second trip so soon after our first one. The guides... More

Did a 4 day guided hike to Havasu Falls in May 2016. I did not want to deal with the logistics in planning this hike on my own. Booking through Wildland brought ease and simplicity to this trip. All I had to do was get to Flagstaff and everything else was taken care of. Good food, good company = great... More

We did not know what we were getting into. We are not avid hikers but it did turn out to be an amazing experience. We absolutely love it!! Even though it was tough at times due to the blisters on my feet. We both loved the guides we had and also enjoyed the campsite food which was surprising. Well worth... More
